Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Free Shipping
We offer free tracked shipping on orders over $49.
Orders below $49 will have a shipping fee of $4.95 added at checkout.
Free shipping may not apply to certain remote regions or special shipping situations, but this will be shown at checkout if applicable.

Delivery times vary depending on your country, local postal services, customs processing, and the shipping method used.

Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
This can happen when products are fulfilled from different warehouses, suppliers, or shipping partners. If your order ships in more than one package, you may receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after your order has shipped. This is normal and does not mean your order is not moving.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@wildmora.com with your order number.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes.
These charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Wildmora is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Information

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
Wildmora is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your order is delayed, please check your tracking link first.
If your package appears lost, stuck, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at support@wildmora.com with your order number and tracking details.
We will do our best to help investigate the issue with the shipping partner.
