Where do you ship?
Wildmora ships to many countries worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and selected international destinations.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination country.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free tracked shipping on orders over $49.
Orders under $49 have a flat shipping fee of $4.95.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Will all items arrive together?
Not always. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
This can happen when products are fulfilled from different warehouses, suppliers, or shipping partners. If your order ships separately, you may receive separate tracking details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us at support@wildmora.com with your order number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused items.
Items must be clean, unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
Because we sell pet products, items that have been used by pets or exposed to food, water, fur, dirt, saliva, waste, or heavy wear may not be eligible for return.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wildmora.com.
Please include:
- your order number
- clear photos or videos of the issue
- photos of the packaging, if relevant
We’ll review the issue and help with a suitable solution.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If your item is eligible for return, you can return it and place a new order separately.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Product Use & Safety
Are Wildmora products safe for pets?
We choose products designed for everyday pet use, but every pet is different.
Please choose products based on your pet’s size, age, behavior, habits, and comfort level. Always supervise your pet when using toys, feeders, grooming tools, leashes, lick mats, bowls, and accessories.
Do I need to supervise my pet?
Yes. We recommend supervising your pet during use, especially with toys, lick mats, feeders, grooming tools, electronic products, and walking accessories.
Remove any product if it becomes damaged, cracked, heavily chewed, or unsafe.
Can all products be used by both cats and dogs?
Not always. Some products are designed mainly for dogs, some mainly for cats, and some may work for both.
Please check the product page for specific details before ordering.
What foods can I use with lick mats, lick bowls, or treat feeders?
Use only pet-safe foods such as plain yogurt, pumpkin puree, wet food, bone broth, soft treats, or kibble when appropriate.
Avoid unsafe ingredients such as chocolate, xylitol, grapes, raisins, onions, garlic, alcohol, heavily sweetened foods, or anything your vet has advised against.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@wildmora.com.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately at support@wildmora.com with your order number and correct address.
