Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- clean
- in its original condition
- in its original packaging, where applicable
- not damaged by use, chewing, washing, or improper handling

Pet Product Hygiene Policy
Because we sell pet products, hygiene and safety are very important.
For this reason, we may not be able to accept returns for items that have been:
- used by a pet
- chewed, scratched, damaged, or worn
- exposed to food, treats, water, fur, dirt, saliva, or waste
- washed or modified
- returned in an unsanitary condition
This applies especially to products such as pet bowls, lick mats, feeders, grooming tools, toys, poop scoopers, and similar pet-use items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- used pet products
- items damaged by pets
- items damaged by misuse or improper care
- hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened or used
- gift cards
- final sale items, if clearly marked
- items returned without contacting us first
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to an error on our side.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns. Wildmora is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building reception first.
