Processing time refers to the time needed to confirm, prepare, and fulfill your order before it is shipped.

Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination country.

If we are unable to ship a specific item to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, Wildmora may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping above a minimum order value.

If a free shipping offer is active, it will be displayed on our website or at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.

In some cases, tracking may update slowly while the package is in transit, moving between countries, passing through customs, or being handed over to a local delivery partner.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately.

This can happen when products are fulfilled from different warehouses or shipping partners.

If your items arrive separately, you will receive tracking information where available for each shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Wildmora is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Wildmora is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or incorrectly delivered orders caused by:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Missing apartment, unit, or house number
  • Wrong postal code
  • Incorrect country or region
  • Misspelled name or address
  • Failure to collect a package from the carrier

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier and local postal services.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and we will help investigate.

In some cases, you may also need to contact the local carrier directly.

Wildmora is not responsible for packages that are stolen after being marked as delivered.

Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the package, unpaid customs fees, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply.

Refunds may not be available for orders returned because of customer address errors, refused delivery, or unpaid customs/import fees.

We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel it.
