Multiple Item Orders
If your order includes multiple products, items may arrive in separate packages.

Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused items.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, clean, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where applicable.
Because we sell pet products, we may not be able to accept returns for items that have been used by pets or exposed to food, water, fur, dirt, saliva, waste, or heavy wear.
